By accessing or using the Gabriel Security website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Gabriel Security reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Gabriel Security provides professional security camera installation, maintenance, and related services for residential and commercial properties throughout Westchester County, the Hudson Valley, and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or proposal provided before work begins. The specific scope, cost, timeline, and warranty details will be outlined in that agreement.
Primary service areas include Hastings-On-Hudson, Yonkers, White Plains, Tarrytown, Mount Vernon, Dobbs Ferry, Bronxville, Scarsdale, and surrounding Westchester County communities.
All prices quoted are estimates based on initial information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Additional costs may arise if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule the installation, with the remainder due upon completion. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement. Emergency rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated at no charge.
Gabriel Security provides a 1-year warranty on all installation labor. If any issues arise from our workmanship within this period, we will return to correct them at no additional charge.
Camera equipment and hardware warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims but are not directly responsible for manufacturer defects.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by third-party tampering, extreme weather, power surges, misuse, or failure to maintain the system as recommended. Systems used for unlawful surveillance purposes void all warranties.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the installation site on the scheduled date. If access cannot be provided, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Customers must provide accurate information about the property, including any known electrical, structural, or HOA restrictions that may affect the installation.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of installed security systems complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including privacy laws governing surveillance of public areas, neighbors’ property, or employees.
Gabriel Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Security cameras are a deterrent and monitoring tool. Gabriel Security does not guarantee that installation of cameras will prevent theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
Before pursuing legal action, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all customer concerns.
